10.04.08 _ IR members on the road / cd update
well a lot has happened as i'm sure you can tell (our last entry being on 1.25.08). aham our trumpet player was married last september, josh + evan are touring with the teaching in savannah, georgia and d'vonne is in new york right now. so - things have been busy this summer and you'll be happy to learn we're nearly done mixing our cd in the studio. once we're finished with the mixing we're going to master it and put the final touches on the art work - and boom - cd release! we're all very excited about the current activity taking place and we can't wait to share our full length album with you soon. it's been a long time coming but the wait is well worth it!

1.20.08 _ full length album update
seattle's rising r &b artist choklate came into the studio last week and recorded a part for our tune 'always good, always safe.' the session went extremely well and we're excited to hear how things turn out during the mix sessions. so - we're all finished recording! it's actually offical...we're moving on to the next stage. in the next couple weeks we will have studio x guy and digital sound wiz ben bethurum work on a few tracks on our cd. the cd will soon be on the mix table and will be on it's way to be put into production. we'll keep you posted as we truck along, but you can expect to see something that account for our 6+ month abscense from gigging - giggity
